Livestream for the Cure: Miserable Retail Slave with Epic Film Guys

June 11, 2020 by Randy P in Miserable Retail Slave, podcast, Guest appearances

Miserable Retail Slave was proud to join Livestream for the Cure for the 3rd straight year. Livestream for the Cure is a livestreaming event, hosted and organized by the Epic Film Guys podcast. The whole purpose is the event is to raise money for cancer research from donations from viewers and listeners of indie podcasts all over the world.

The goal this year was to raise $10,000. Incredibly, that goal was absolutely shattered. $15,811.66 was raised! Thanks to everyone that watched, donated, or participated in any part of this past weekend’s event. In case you missed it, here’s our segment from Livestream for the Cure. We’re joined by Nick from Epic Film Guys, Gerald from the Two Peas Podcast, and a cameo from Dan (aka DAN DAN THE MATTRESS MAN) from Netflix n’ Swill.

We talked about online dating, the differences between when men want as gifts and what women want, and a story about old school professional wrestling that has never been told on Miserable Retail Slave before.

It was a fun time for a great cause and I hope you enjoy it!
