There's a scene in Fast Five, the newest sequel in The Fast and the Furious series, where two members of Paul Walker and Vin Diesel's crew blow up some pipes underneath a police station in a contrived plot to gain access into the station to plant some cameras.

The pipe explosion results in a poor soul sitting on the toilet in the police getting sprayed with exploding poo water as all the toilets around him back up.

Because I am messed up, that got me thinking: what are the most memorable and, dare I say, greatest toilet and/or bathroom scenes in movie history?

# 9 There's Something About Mary ( 1998 )

As Ted (Ben Stiller) gets ready for a dream prom date with school knock-out Mary (Cameron Diaz), he has a small accident. While taking a leisurely piss, he absently looks out at the bathroom window at two white doves on a nearby tree....a tree that happens to be in front of Mary's bedroom window as she happens to be getting dressed. In the panic that ensues, Ted zips....himself....up in a horrific scene that requires an ambulance....you can watch that scene right here.

I feel like this scene is a bit of an homage to the #1 toilet moment on this list. Oh, Stifler. You cad.Poor Shitbrick.

#3 Trainspotting (1996)

A junkie tries to recover his drugs in this odd, but pretty cool scene.

#2 Lethal Weapon 2 (1989)

Murtaugh (Danny Glover) was famous for saying, "I'm getting too old for this shit" in the Lethal Weapon movies, so it was ironic that taking a shit was almost the end of him. Some criminals decided to strap a bomb to his toilet, so that after he got up from taking a dump, it would explode. Hilarity ensues when the entire polce force tries to defuse a bomb while Murtaugh sits (hopefully not shits) on it.

#1 Dumb and Dumber (1994)

One of the funniest scenes I have ever seen, simply for the "Oh God, I hope this never happens to me on date" factor. Even after all these years and countless viewings, it never fails to make me laugh.
